I‘ve received a number of emails lately asking about my GodFarm.org reading list.

This list is made up of books that I believe will allow folks to learn Micro-Entrepreneurship, Micro-Finance, and Micro-Lending as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

You can find the list at Amazon Listmania.  Happy reading!

Speaking

June 4, 2008

in Autobiographical

I love speaking to people who strive for excellence and want to make a difference in the world!

I’ve owned and operated a multimillion-dollar business, started a few others, written a couple of books, did relief work in Asia, and made an award-winning documentary and short experimental film, all while riding the ups and downs of life.

I use humor, stories, and insights to present information that inspires audiences without sounding like a glib motivational speaker. I’m comfortable presenting to large groups, and I customize my talks to each specific audience.

These are my favorite topics:

The Big Idea

This talk is based on my new book VISION CASTER. The world is full of people who dream big, but big ideas don’t just happen. Assembly is required. In this talk I detail the first step in becoming a Vision Caster: having a big idea.

.

Business Ethics And Religious Worldview

This talk is based on my book THE GODS OF BUSINESS. It is a wellspring of anecdotes and theory that I weave into an engaging lecture or series of instructive talks.

.

Micro-Entrepreneurship

Based on my work with God Farm, I discuss how micro-finance and micro-credit loans can break the worldwide cycle of poverty.
